RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for you purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging including the returns form provided, and mail your return to the approved returns address supplied upon contacting us.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued where the following conditions have been met, item is eligible for return (see Exceptions), it is in the same condition and is returned with all original packaging, tags and labels. Once all criteria have been confirmed we will process the refund via the payment method you originally used. Please allow 3-5 working day from the receipt of your items for the refund process to be initiated, the actual length of the refund will vary depending on the payment processor please review their websites for estimates on how long this can take.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
Hand Made Items, One of a Kind items and Customised Items can display flaws and minor imperfections, refunds and returns will not be accepted for these items unless they are materially different from what was listed.
