I thought I’d let you know what my favourite hair products are as their are so many products out there from each brand that does the same thing. Sometimes it’s hard to know which product to buy especially when each brand claims to be the best of the best. The products I use on my hair which is now short are:
Tigi Rockaholic : Dirty Secret Dry Shampoo – I switch between this and my Percy Reed No Fuss Fabulousness Dry Shampoo, the reason I swap is if I keep using the same product my hair tends to get use to it and it doesn’t work as well. It has the same properties as other dry shampoos it absorbs excess oils, makes hair smell fresh and keeps it going that extra day. I personally love this if I’m going out as it adds texture to my hair and its perfect if I don’t have time to give it a wash. Also this spray is perfect for up do’s especially beehive looks and victory curls.
Tigi Rockaholic : Rocktastic Spray Gel – I love this, it does make your hair rock hard until you comb and wash it out but it is so worth it. It last ages and again perfect for stiff victory rolls that are going to last all night or all day. I use this to get my fringe out of eyes or put it to the side when I’m having a bad fringe day.
Paul Mitchell Express Style : Hot Off The Press – I first discovered this product while watching TheCherryDollFace on Youtube, I love retro hair styles and she does amazing tutorials. The reason I love this product is it dries fast, styling time is also faster and it protects your hair from heat styling which is so important if you don’t want to ruin your hair. It’s used on dry hair so you can you it quickly in the mornings to re-straighten your hair and you can also give your hair a quick blast of it to finish.
Tigi Bedhead : Small Talk – My hairdresser recommend this to me when I had my hair cut short, she said it was perfect for pulling down the hair and giving some weight to it making short hair much easier to manage. I was surprised it actually worked, I would never have gone to a shop and bought this item as I have thick hair anyway but it really does work. The added weight makes a short bob more managible without making the hair bulky and I’d be lost without it.
